  • ATL Quick Rental is a privately owned car rental company operating in Atlanta, Georgia. We provide short-term and extended vehicle rentals subject to our Terms of Service, which all renters must agree to prior to booking.

  • All rentals must be booked through our approved booking platform or website. A reservation is not confirmed until payment, verification, and acceptance of the Terms of Service are completed.

  • To rent a vehicle, you must:

    • Be 21 years of age or older

    • Hold a valid, non-expired driver's license

    • Provide a valid debit or credit card

    • Meet verification and driving history requirements

    ATL Quick Rental reserves the right to deny any rental at its discretion.

  • Yes. A refundable security deposit is required before vehicle release. Deposit amounts vary by vehicle and rental length.

    Deposits are returned after:

    • The vehicle is returned on time • No damage, violations, or excess charges occur

    • The vehicle is returned with required fuel level

    Refund processing times depend on your financial institution.

  • We accept major debit and credit cards. Prepaid cards and cash are not accepted unless explicitly approved in advance.

  • Insurance coverage varies by booking.

    Renters may be required to:

    • Provide proof of personal auto insurance, or

    • Purchase optional coverage if available

    Renters are financially responsible for damages, theft, or loss not covered by insurance.

  • Only approved and verified drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Unauthorized drivers are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

  • Rental extensions must be requested before the scheduled return time and are subject to availability and approval. Unauthorized extensions may result in additional charges or vehicle recovery actions.

  • Late returns may result in:

    • Additional daily rental charges • Late fees

    • Administrative or recovery fees

    Failure to return a vehicle may be treated as unauthorized possession.

  • Cancellation terms vary based on timing and booking type. Some reservations may be non-refundable. Please review cancellation details during booking or in the Terms of Service.

  • Some rentals may include mileage limits. Excess mileage will be charged according to the rate outlined in your rental agreement.description

  • Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Vehicles returned with pet hair, odor, or damage may incur cleaning or repair fees.description

  • Rental vehicles may not be used for:

    • Rideshare or delivery services

    • Racing or reckless driving

    • Illegal activities

    • Subleasing or third-party rentals

    • Off-road use

    Violations may result in termination of the rental and additional charges.

  • Renters are responsible for all damage occurring during the rental period, regardless of fault, subject to insurance coverage. Damage assessments and repair costs will be handled per the Terms of Service.

  • Our vehicles are maintained regularly. If a mechanical issue occurs, renters must notify ATL Quick Rental immediately. Unauthorized repairs are not permitted.

  • ATL Quick Rental operates in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Pickup and return instructions are provided after booking confirmation.
